quotes I wasn't sold on the look until I saw one in person. The beauty of this bike is best appreciated when you're standing over it. I have yet to see another bike that sports a top tube that is as wide or wider than a 1.5" headtube and a downtube that dwarfs a water bottle. This entire frame is beefier than a T bone steak. I found myself making moto noises with my mouth when I rode it.

quotes If you're interested, I'm sure you could get the same thing done at a nearby metal finishing company. Keep in mind that most of them do have a minimum charge for low volume anodizing, so the more pieces you can get done at once, the cheaper it will turn out per piece. I got my own parts as well as several of my friends' done for $75. It turned out to be under $5 a piece.

quotes They're just the standard aluminum spacers. I'm a machinist, so I had a few small bits anodized gold. The rear brake caliper adapter, the stem, and the shifter bar clamps have the same finish.

quotes It's a Fox DHX Air 5.0. I was able to fit a 8.5" x 2.5" stroke length in the frame in freeride position. The stock one is a 7.875" x 2.25" . Makes for around 6.8 inches of travel in the rear to complement the 7.1" on the Totem in the front.

quotes Mine has 32 inch tires on it, and the mileage is good for a truck. I get around 20 mpg on the highway and 16 to 17 around town. This one with the 35's on it get's around 16 highway, but any truck with 35's will be the same. It's worth it if you use it right =]
