It's a Fox DHX Air 5.0. I was able to fit a 8.5" x 2.5" stroke length in the frame in freeride position. The stock one is a 7.875" x 2.25" . Makes for around 6.8 inches of travel in the rear to complement the 7.1" on the Totem in the front.

Mine has 32 inch tires on it, and the mileage is good for a truck. I get around 20 mpg on the highway and 16 to 17 around town. This one with the 35's on it get's around 16 highway, but any truck with 35's will be the same. It's worth it if you use it right =]

The one piece aluminum frame is a great idea, but I don't think casting is the way to do it. As mention in several comments, correctly preformed welds are in fact the strongest points on the frame. Due to the heating/cooling of the metal during ALL casting processes, this frame is undoubtedly super stiff, but precariously brittle. Also, watch out for the edged of the I-beam frame, I bet they're hellacious on the knees. Now, if someone were to MACHINE a one-piece frame, that would be something worth talking about...
